    Should the situation arise that your arrival is not possible at the time you have booked because of Covid-19 measures, you can cancel or rebook your booking free of charge.

*Our generous cancellation conditions as part of the carefree package:
All direct bookings made at Hotel Kesselspitze receive the carefree package.
Bookings made via our website www.hotel-kesselspitze.at or directly at the Hotel Kesselspitze are considered to be directly booked stays. This does not apply to online bookings that are not booked through the hotel’s website.

Please note that since 8th November 2021 a corona proof (vaccinated or recovered) has to be presented at your arrival. A cancellation is free of charge for those who don’t have a corona proof until 1st December 2021. After that, the normal cancellation costs apply. (stand 08.11.2021)
